Beat the Monday blues with this super relaxed session held at Saint (previously St John at Hackney Church) on Monday mornings. Lashings of coffee for mums n dads, toys, music activities, and snacks for the kids. This one can get a bit busy so arrive early to ensure you can get in.

Tuesday is Parent and Baby Club at Rio Cinema where you can enjoy those early days before they understand anything that’s happening on the screen. Make the most of it! Massaging your baby from birth is great for parent and baby bonding. As well as helping little ones to sleep massage can relieve wind and colic and generally assist with healthy development. Karen James teaches a massage routine made up of Indian-style massage, Swedish massage, and some reflexology type movements. She also includes some Yoga-like moves to help your baby with the next stages of development necessary for movement.
