Mudchute City Farm

Set in 32 acres of countryside in the heart of East London, Mudchute City Farm is a community charity, with a working farm, children’s nursery, and a wide range of education activities.

The farm is a great place for children to learn about farm animals, their care, and their role in our food systems. Grab lunch in the cafe and think about the journey food our food makes from field to fork. Mudchute City Farm provides plenty of opportunities for children to get up close and personal with the animals. Kids can pet and feed animals and even ride donkeys during special holidays.

Mudchute City Farm offers volunteer opportunities for children and teenagers, perfect for little animal lovers and young people interested in farming.

At the weekend you can take part in some loose parts play with Mudchute Play.

Admission is free, though they do encourage donations to help support their mission.
