2 Easter Bunny Experience at Mudchute
Meet the Easter Bunny and enjoy a seasonal day out on the farm at this relaxed Easter experience. Meet the Easter Bunny and other adorable animals, including the Pygmy Goats, Anglo Nubian Goats, Ewes and Lambs. They will also get to pet the guinea pigs and rabbits. Children can collect an Easter Egg from their Easter Bunny and will receive a bag of food to feed the goats and sheep.

East London’s much-loved homegrown circus company, known for bold, theatrical, non-traditional work, opens a brand new production, A Glimmer Daze Gambit, this Easter. See them off before they embark on a 200-day journey taking their Chapiteau tent across the UK! A Glimmer Daze Gambit is a show about hope, arrival and community. Follow Stella and Kit as they finally reach their dream home, a Circus, desperate to join the troupe. Having never seen a circus before, they’ve packed everything they think they might need, and what follows is a joyous, mischievous ride where mistakes become magic, and belonging is built together. With playful fourth wall moments and light audience participation, the show invites everyone to feel part of the troupe, especially when they get to meet the cast after the show!

7 Inside Aardman
Take a look behind the scenes with this exhibition celebrating Aardman Animation’s 50th anniversary at the Young V&A in Bethnal Green! Step into the whimsical world of stop-motion with beloved characters like Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Morph and more, and discover how these clay creations are brought to life. The exhibition takes you through the whole filmmaking process, from first sketches and storyboards to model-making, lighting, and final animation effects. 13 Astronomers Take Over
Learn all about the night sky and watch Royal Observatory astronomer-led shows at The National Maritime Museum’s new planetarium. For young visitors, ‘Animals in Space!’ explores the contributions and influences of animals. ‘The Night Sky’ provides a classic guide to the cosmos, and ‘Solar System Sightseeing’ is an introduction to our celestial neighbourhood. Explore zones focussed on Mars, the Moon, stars and starlight in the gallery. Participate in explainer-led demonstrations using large inflatables, try to aim a lander on a Martian crater and learn about spectroscopy. Experience what outer space is like and marvel at how vast the Universe truly is inside the Galaxy Box. On the scavenger hunt, wonder about the weird objects astronauts have taken to space. Science theatre shows will also be running from 3 April 2026, including Unboxing the Universe, which will be packed with demonstrations, surprising smells, experiments and hands-on audience moments.

14 The Cat in the Hat

Jodie & Co are putting on workshops designed especially for young people with visual impairments, neurodivergent, learning disabled and additional support needs.
28th March 10 am – 11 am Children ages 6-12 years inclusive and welcoming dance workshop, which includes exploration with sensory props — giving everyone the chance to play, experiment, and build movement sequences inspired by touch, sound, and imagination. On the 4th April, Feel the Beat, with embedded audio description plays with sensory ways into dance for visually impaired and sighted audiences equally, co-created with Kent Association for the Blind. Children 6+ and their families can move and groove, shimmy and shake, float and fly, as Jodie welcomes everyone to weave in and out of sensory and poetic worlds, finding your own unique beats.
