About us

East End Kids is about making the most out of East London Family life.

Sign up to receive our regular newsletters, find out what is going on for kids from Hackney and Walthamstow to Newham and Greenwich, and of course Tower Hamlets. Take advantage of some great special offers exclusive to our membership. Restaurants, cinemas, days out, classes and clubs. Some of our offers are especially for mums and dads too.

We’re also about community and celebrating what makes East London the vibrant and exciting place to raise a family that it is. That sometimes means standing up for those things when we need to. So we will let you know about causes that we stand for and ask you to join in whatever way you can.

We are always looking for East London parents who would like to contribute to East End Kids so if you’re a photographer, a writer or a videographer who would like to contribute content and engage on social media please get in touch.

Candace Reading

Hello! I’m Candace and this is my little crew. I ran Tower Hamlets Mums for three years before rebranding and expanding to East End Kids. I am mum to one little boy called Finlay who has dwarfism who has opened my heart to community activism. From children’s centres to nurseries and special educational needs and disabilities, I’ve been involved in many campaigns in Tower Hamlets.

When we’re not in lockdown, we love seeing performances in local theatres, visiting museums and attending events all over East London. Hopefully we’ll see you around sometime. If we do, please say hello.
