Birdies Crazy Golf for kids in London

Head to Birdies for some Cracking Crazy golf this Summer. With additional perks like Kids Table and cocktails for grown ups, you’ll have a great day out!

Crazy golf is a brilliant activity for children ages 4 and up. Each of the 9 holes at Birdies is uniquely and stylishly designed with bright colours, Camille Walala inspired clashing geometric patterns and oversized props to make the course visually exciting. There are some tricky challenges but each hole can be completed by taking a slightly different tactic for those whose aim (like mine) is just a little off-centre.

We went with good friends on a Sunday morning at 11 am and had a thoroughly relaxing time. Their son is 9 and ours is nearly 8 and although both are normally very competitive, they really settled into the game and even helped each other out at times.

We really loved the course, especially the themed rooms – something we’d not encountered playing crazy golf before.

What’s on the menu?

Birdies becomes an adult’s only evening venue after 5pm and has a tempting cocktail and mocktail list, including some with popping candy! The kids loved their “sophisticated drinks” and my espresso martini was welcome on a slightly hungover Sunday. There is a menu of casual street food available. We tried the vegan burgers with parmesan and truffle and rosemary salted fries. Our kids didn’t love the vegan sheeze on their sliders and suspected it was mustard but the staff were super understanding and replaced them for us.

Crafty fun with Kids Table every Sunday

There’s more than crazy golf for kids at Birdies! To top off a really great experience, Kids’ Table was there to help our children get creative with dream catchers and fortune tellers.
Our kids aren’t that crafty, but they enjoyed making fortune tellers and playing with them afterwards. We enjoyed having a chance to chat in peace.
