The Half Moon Theatre is a must visit for families in East London with an incredible programme of unique performances that regularly sell out.
The Half Moon theatre showcases a series of professional plays for young and family audiences, including teenagers and national touring productions every season.
Your little one can enjoy their first theatre experience with sensory performances made especially for babies. Their well thought out programme of performances introduces early years concepts like friendship, sharing and bullying. As your child grows, The Half Moon theatre grapples increasingly complex issues right up to teenage years in an age appropriate, thought provoking and ultimately entertaining way.
The theatre has an attached arts space where local artists can show their work. For every exhibition there is a gallery trail and children are invited to respond to the work they see by drawing or writing messages on chalkboards.
