Horrible Histories’ Terrible Thames Tour

Very conveniently located for East London families, this entertaining attraction will embark from Tower Bridge Quay and take you on a tour up the Thames, an unforgettable journey incorporating immersive theatre with the incredible history of the nation’s capital. 

Entertaining for all ages and a great choice if you’ve got family visiting or you simply want to be a tourist in your own city. It’s very educational for children and really brings events that happened hundreds of years ago back to life. Quite remarkable to consider all that London has been through!

Location: Tower Bridge Quay, London, E1Q 1LD (Previously St. Katharine’s Pier- Next to Tower Bridge)

The Terrible Thames Tour embarks from Tower Bridge Quay, situated on the north bank of the Thames, on the east side of Tower Bridge, and immediately in front of the Tower Hotel. The pier is approx. 10 minutes walk from Tower Hill Underground station.

Daily sailings are 10:45 am – 15:45 pm

Adult £25.00 (15+) Seniors £20

Child £15.00 (4-15)

Infant FREE (0-3)

Went on this Awesome Historical boat ride with my daughter and granddaughter saturday just gone . 30th April. it was a very pleasant and Amusing cruise. it was very entertaining with the 2 actors talking us through everything we we saw along the way. They certainly knew their History. There was a lot to see from start to finish. And the weather was lovely.
