If you’re looking for some local family fun in Hackney Wick, you can’t go wrong with a visit to The Milk Float Barge.
Families with children ages 2 and up can hire a Moo Canoe, paddle about, and enjoy a different view of life along the canal. Say hello to the ducks and to lure them closer, you can buy food from the National Trust here.
After your boating adventure, you can enjoy locally made ice cream, dairy-free sorbets, freshly baked cakes, burgers & more. The Milk Float is a great spot to enjoy the British summertime in all its knickerbocker glory.
Now home to Bandito Burger
This summer The Milk Float is home to Bandito Burger. Latin-inspired menu featuring mouth watering smash burgers, and dirty dogs for the carnivores and a great menu for vegans too.
Enjoy your burgers & bravas on board or take it away and find some canal-side sunshine. All burger options can be made gluten-free too.
Hire A Canoe
You may have seen some Moo Canoes before- a black and white jersey cow of a canoe with space for three adults or two adults and two small children (under 40kg). Children must be aged 2+
Canoes are £36 for the first hour and then an additional £10 for every subsequent hour.
