1.Victoria Park Adventure Playground

Featuring loads of big slides, a wobbly bridge, a spider climbing frame, sand pit with diggers, wooden playhouses and more, the Victoria Park adventure playground is the queen of Tower Hamlets play parks.

2. Millwall Park

Get 2-4-1 playgrounds at Isle of Dogs Millwall Park plus a big green expanse for children to run off energy in the middle.

Kids can now enjoy the slide, swings and roundabout at the west side of Millwall Park, plus the climbing frame and zip wire for bigger kids at the east side of Millwall Park are up and running too.

If they’re still not tired, you can take them for a further run around at the adjacent Mudchute Park and farm.

3. Wild Kingdom Playspace at Three Mills Green

Situated by the canal, this urban natural play space is great fun for children of all ages.

Test out your balance on the beams, stepping logs and a rope canopy and for aspiring performers there is a stage built like a natural amphitheatre.

There’s even a trampoline set in the ground (adults can have a go too) and ping-pong tables so don’t forget to bring along some bats and balls.

4. Stepney Park

This fenced off playground is a safe place for kids of all ages to play complete with climbing frame, swings and more. Plus it’s right next to Stepney City Farm so you can visit the animals before or after and make a day of it!

5. Ropemaker’s Fields Play Park

Ahoy there sailors. The Ropemaker’s Fields playground was revamped last year and comes complete with a shiny new boat-inspired climbing frame. There’s a separate adjacent play space for younger kids as well.

6. NEW – Bartlett Park Playground

Exciting news from Poplar. If you’re local (like us) you will have been waiting for this new kids’ park to open for a loooong time. The new children’s play area in Bartlett Park is finally open!

Offering a sandpit area, climbing frame and slide, zip wire, swings,  trampoline, sensory play and more, this shiny new kids area is ideally placed overlooking the canal and next to Poplar Union and E5 Roasthouse – serving up great coffee and bread and patisserie baked freshly on site.
